No, there no MCU on ESP-12 or ESP-12E (and all previous ones such ESP-07) except the ESP8266.
So, ESP-14 has that additionnal STM8003 which is probably an 8 bit MCU, but what strange is that even STM doesn't provide any specs for that chip. Many things are still unknown about ESP-14. I won't purchase any until proven useful. I'm better stick with ESP-12E
