charger and voltage booster circuit

I try to connect two Photoelectric Sensors on esp-07s,
used 18650 battery and tp4056 charger module for esp and useing xl6009 dc-dc boost to Increase battery voltage for sensors (the sensors need 10-30 volt to work),
now i want to put this two module in one PCB, I draw this circuit on the below , Please check if it is correct and if there is problem, tell me.
one more thing :
I tried to turn the sensors on and off using a transistor, is that correct? What kind of transistor works for me?
