Finished my 3D Printed Neopixel Smart Par light!

Some features: USB rechargeable! Battery lasts ~5 hours on full brightness! (Perfect for DJ use), can be controlled via http through your phone or web browser over WiFi via the ESP8266! 16 super bright Neopixel LEDs, RGB colors supported, along with animations (it's bright enough to light up an entire bedroom at night), and has rare earth magnets in the base which can attach the light to any metal surface

The Web app has basic functions and supports mulitple connections. Just finished the android app with basic functionality, I will be adding a custom color picker and brightness and strobe options soon.

Parts cost was $35.. I will be releasing a how to build and the 3D files sometime soon.

Gonna make a bigger version also, 47 LEDs..

Jeez its a while since I've been dancing!

Could it be coded to accept phone connections from the dancers and let them fiddle with the lights ?
Interactive lights maybe on a model with a light dress.
Come in ,Set your own mood for a few minutes and dance yourself out.
I'd be there tonight .

Yes my code supports multiple connections so anyone on the dancefloor could easily connect to it change the light via http or android app. Whats going to be interesting is seeing if i can have several of these and have them controlled by a "master" light, the tricky part is going to be synchronizing up the time for animations on all the lights.
