Temperature Sensor PCB using ADT7420

I've done up a temperature sensor PCB using an ADT7420 temperature sensor (SPI or I2C).
Here's a link to the schematic, finished PCB design and temperature data captured.

The thing is. I don't know how to "present" the data. I was going to put one of these temperature sensors in every room in my house and have a sort of plan view of the entire house with a heatmap, but I'm fairly useless when it comes to presenting things on the web.
Idea was to use this for heatmap and create a heatmap of the house, with some sort of historical slider/ movie that would show how the heat is moving around my house.
