Reflow Oven Controller (eFlow)

I've published an Open Source Reflow Oven Controller based around the ESP8266 called the eFlow. If anyone's interested, take a look at the blog post on my website.

There's a youtube video you can view to preview the UI. Any and all feedback is appreciated. I'll work on this a bit more over the next few days.
The ESP8266 is really rather amazing and I can't wait for the ESP32. I already have a plan to use that for deep (30+ Meter) underwater projects. I can't wait for it to be available.
