ESP8266 Community Forum

- Wed Aug 03, 2016 10:47 pm #52065 Alright, so I set out to learn what all this fuss about esp was. I purchased the SZDOIT Car and built it. I want to control it through Blynk but all I can seem to do with Blynk is turn lights on and off. I have no idea how to control motors. Furthermore, my first Nodemcu dev board got very hot and then stopped working. I purchased 2 more to replace it but I would like information on how to properly power it without melting it. Also I am using the motor shield that comes with the doit car. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
