Send email with only AT commands..

If my outgoing mailserver is: out.mail.com
And my emailaddress is myemail@mail.com
And I want to send a message to: another@address.com
With subject: "This is the subject"
And body: "What a nice body"..
Can I do that via only AT commands?
I have tried this with several settings, using several tutorials, but I doesn't work..
Is there a way to do this?
