Help me for Port forwarding

I have a trouble using Port forwarding for IoT.
If I try to connect my web server of ESP8266 at home using mobile phone or computer , It is good.
Even If I use the DDNS , it is OK. But if I connect the web server on 4G network, it is not working.
I founded one thing, If the html size is over than about 4200 byte, it is not working, but if the size is less , I can access anywhere. First time I doubted the router, Web browser, mobile phone, my program, setting the port fowarding, but it is not. Only the size. Anybody knows about this ! Please give me an advise!
