Interactinf nodemcu with Pubnub using Node red

I am newbie in web programming .My idea was to interactive code for nodemcu using Blynk App,
Once Blynk app is worked. I would like to broadcast in two way

Local web sever without internet connectivity . read data from nodemcu and publish locally.

Publish same data over Userdefined dashboard with internet connectivity & can access the nodemcu connected sensor data, control sensor data using iot web app.
