Create Softap To Control ESP01 Relay

it has been 48 h that i searching all the google to find the sketch to control the ESP8266 through Mobile to control the Relay!
there is many codes that uses the router to send command to ESP8266 for controling the relay but i looking for a code to make the ESP8266 softAP and connect it through my mobile phone.
i wondered if anyone could help me with,i don't have much knowledge of coding Arduino IDE
