I am posting a video of two ESP8266 modules (custom boards I designed) that support I2C and 1Wire temperature sensors communicating via MQTT. This basically demonstrates that a real IoT can be implemented for almost nothing! We can now interconnect, address and get data from many addressable modules simultaneously. This is amazing.
