Delete saved access point credentials from flash

Hi folks, :)

I'm using the Smart Config application to connect my ESP8266 to an access point. ESP8266 can store upto 5 access point credentials, so there any way I could delete them from flash. I went through the SDK, I could not find any api to delete access points from flash. :?: :?:

Just a guess: just register 5 APs with random data to overwrite the old one?
