To implement Thermal sensor with ESP8266 using RTOS sdk

I would like to integrate thermal sensor to detect the presence of human beings and the distance between sensor and the human being, using thermal sensor. I am using RTOS SDK.
Please suggest me a sensor model to integrate with ESP8266 to achieve my requirement.
