I have been trying to load 0.9.4 to get the NTP functions.

The link I found had two files:
eagle.app.v6.flash.bin -> 0x0000
eagle.app.v6.irom0text.bin -> 0x40000

for a total of 188K bytes.

This seems a little small.

What other files need to be loaded at the same time ?

You don't need anything else but those two files. Just flash them to the given addresses and everything should be working fine.

Where did you get the bin files?
