Firmware Update via Cloud/AT-Commands

The AT Command for updating ESP8266's firmware via the Cloud is AT+CIUPDATE.
What is the AT Command for updating ESP8266's firmware via an AT Command (via the UART)?
Please note that I am not talking about updating the firmware via using the PCB (which requires grounding GPIO0 before starting the update, and then using a Flasher tool.
I am talking about 100% doing the update via AT Commands, not having to touch GPIO0...
