ESP 8285 DeepSleep issues

My PSF-A85 (ESP8285) runs smoothly, but when the module will run in deep sleep mode, it always resets the module.
My setup
EN -> VCC
GPIO 15 -> GND
GPIO16 ->RST
It does not matter that i use a battery or a power supply always resets with garbage code.
i use the newest FW from Espressif.
