how to setup rf to send packets of bit

Hi guys, i met this magic chip only one month ago.
I'd wonder how can i setup the internal transmitter/receiver to exchange packets at 2.4GHz, let's say 24 bits, with other units BUT WITHOUT USING WIFI?

I do not think this is possible. Anyway you can use cheap RF adaptors like nRF24L01.
