What options to choose in NodeMCU flash-tool?

i'd like to flash my ESP-01 with "esp-link" to get it working as a Serial/Wifi bridge.
I manage to find the files and addresses needed to setup in "Config" tab of NodeMCU programmer.
But i'm not shure about the "Advanced" tab. What is the size of my Flash? What the Speed and the SPI-Mode?
I've looked round a lot but did not find any clear answer.
Can someone help me out?
