NOT burning out esp8266 by overloading of 3.3 volt output

I have taken electronics courses but still get confused easy.
I hope not to burn out the outputs of my esp8266 and was hoping that if I buffer the 3.3 to 5 volt and the 3.3 to 3.3 volt to isolate the esp8266 from too much current draw.
