The program code is not stored on the CPU but on the external flash chip. So there is no ability to lock.

yep, this i know, but.... dont have any method to ``lock`` or encrypt like esp32? if no, how can i make a kind of ``encrypt``? if i use 2 MCU and divide code inside of esp and another like tiny (have lock fuses), if cracker pick esp_code, will be missing the other piece of code... :?: :P

sorry this holy english :?

be serious.
The esp8266 design comes from china, they make a living from copying :D
