Ambituous custom ESP8285 board went wrong

Hello!, I did an ambituous proyect of a custom development board for the esp8285 chip, but it isn't working at all.
The board consisted in a central part with the esp8285, and a slot to interact with little modules for things like ADCs, DACs, AFEs, etc. The idea and the board looked pretty well but in the end the chip doesn't connect when I try to program it. The components are soldered with a preheater at 150°C, and after 2 minutes I finish the job with a hot air gun.
Please if someone could look at my board file and give me some advice, I will be very thankfull
Perhaps it's not the board and I'm burning the chip trought soldering :C
Thank you all in advance!
