Fellows,

I made a stupid thing on the first attempt to use the esp-03 - reversed power to the module: +3.3 volts went to the ground and ground went to the Vcc input. Needless to say, I was/am unable to communicate with it. Does the module have any protection against voltage reversal? In other words, is it still worth trying to make it work?

i tried that also in my two modules, for less than 30secs i think. and still work after.

Thanks! This is really encouraging, although mine was reversed for a few minutes. Guess I will try flushing new firmware next. Is there a simple way to do it?
