I presume you mean MCP23017 ...
MCP23017 is a GPIO extender, so digital only !

Posted: Fri May 11, 2018 4:42 pmLots of different ADC converters with i2c available. Choice depends on how many inputs, precision and sampling rate.
For example one popular unit is ADS1115 which gives 4 channels 16 bit precision and sample rates up to 860/sec
