Internal Pull-Up Resistor Problem

I searched the forum and i found tens of topic about this problem and i red them ALL but STILL, i can't solve it ? I would appreciate if someone can help me.
I want 8 relays automatically controlled by NodeMCU with LOW initial state.
1) Is there any way to use GPIO(0-15) with LOW voltage after boot up by writing CODE ?
2) Can i solve this problem just with a single resistor without button ? Where should it be ?
3) If i want to drive 8 relays, which pins should i chose ?
4) Do i need MOSFET or transistor circuits to solve this problem ?
