Problem after settin baudrate to high

Today I received an ESP8266-01 module.
I tried to explore his transfer speed so I changed the baud rate to 236200.
After that it does not recognize any AT commands.
Is there any way to reset it or to set the baud rate to lower value?

Is there any firmware upgrade that allows better transfer rates than 115Kbps ?
