Hi,

Can anyone please help me. What value diode is this on the NodeMCU?

I not sure that I see the blown diode in the pictures, but the only diode shown on the version 0.9 NodeMCU schematic is labeled as IN4007/M7(DO-214AC)

It's definately blown. But I see the diode on my board looks difference from the one you posted?

just get any Schottky with approx 30V/1A rating that's availlable.
