Board not run after hard reset (run and not run randomly)

Today i have a problem with my esp8266 board, i post my schematic which anyone can check and help me to solve it. It works and does not work randomly that i can not explain how.

p/s: power-off-and-on is the way to make it run easily, hard reset by the button make it harder to run normally.
