On their website, they say "small U.FL connector is provided for external antenna connection." I don't see it on the board. Do they include it separately?

On the board that I have received it's there but unpopulated as you can see from the above pictures. If they provide it as an buying option or you need to put it if you want external antenna, that's something that only OLIMEX can answer.
