Does anyone have the schematic for the onboard blue LED. It seems to be tied to the GPIO2 line but not directly.
If an LED via Vcc and a resistor is attached to the GPIO2 line and pulsed that LED will pulse but the onboard blue LED will NOT. BUT..... if the onboard blue LED pulses the LED on the GPIO2 line will pulse as well.

On many boards the on board blue LED is connected between Vcc and GPIO2. A low state will turn it on.

This is how it is connected on the ESP-12E boards that I have used.

Hi My esp12 ' s are ai_thinker and display the behaviour in my post. Toggling gpio2 does not toggle the on board blue led.BUT when the onboard blue LED pulses it pulses the red led which i have attached to GPIO2
