I had a new Badusb DM3212 and searched an easy to follow guide for set up, but
no guide works 100% for me.
All ESPTOOL based solutions doesnt work at all. Not from Linux, not from windows. I had allways timeout.

But after days of different trials,
this WORKS for me:
