ESP8266-01 Current Draw

I purchased ESP8266-01 modules from ElectroDragon for a project I am working on.

These modules are drawing on constant average of 130 mA in standby. (Black PCB's)

I purchased some 01 modules several months prior that are drawing in standby 30mA under the same conditions. (Blue PCB's)

I need to understand what is causing the amount of constant current draw in standby. Can someone tell me their experience and point me to a schematic. I need to fix this as it is impacting my power supply on my custom board.

I have running 0.20 of the AT Firmware:

Thank You

Check the resistor next to the power LED, there have been reports of ESP-01 modules that have wrong resistors fitted:

Thanks for the information.. Removing the LED and Resistor drop the current consumption considerably. This version still runs at about 65 mA. The boards that are blue run at half that. I wish I knew what was changed in this board.
