ESP8266 integrated with a USB UART

I'm not sure that this device has been discussed before ...

This appears to be an ESP8266 baked into a USB UART. Nice ... I could use one of these.

I bought this. Problem is that the reset button is inside the case, so to reset you need to replug

Can you post a review/description of the part? Where did you purchase it from? What can one do with it? How does one flash it (if that is even possible)?
