ESP-01 | Can I save my html files in 25Q40BT Flash Memory?

So, ESPlorer report-me: Total : 37901 bytes .
I can read/write files into 25Q40BT? I seach and web and discovered that GPIO 9 and 10 is connected to this IC, bot how use it?
I'm using NodeMCU
