Wiring setup for ESP-201?

Hey all,
How do I wire up the ESP-201?
I need to know the wiring setup for programming mode with the Arduino IDE, but also secondly how to power it once it has been programmed and disconnected.
On my ESP-01, for use after programming, I figured out to simply connect the four middle pins + VCC pin to 3.3v battery positive, then GND pin to battery ground...
But how do I do this with the ESP-201?
I haven't found any tutorials on the web, except a pinout diagram. But in the diagram there are multiple 3.3v pins. Which ones need to connect to battery positive? Which pins to battery ground? What else?

Invest time in reading all that this guy has documented, including following the link to the antenna 'problem' http://smarpl.com/content/esp8266-esp-201-module-first-impressions

I already read those articles, but my confusion is that there are multiple VCC pins on the ESP-201. Which VCC pins need to connect to the power supply?

There are 2 VCC pins on one side of the antenna and 2 GND pins on the other side.
Since those pins are attached together ono the PCB, only 1 of each pins need to be hooked up.
