8266 ESP 12E soldered on the I/O Adapter

I can't manage to make it work.

I've flashed the 8266 before, when off the board.

After soldering I can't program it anymore.

I'm using Arduino IDE, tried numerous configurations (different type of boards, baud rates, ...) everything.
Revisited all soldering points, I'm using Ams1117 3v3 regulator (I know it doesn't match, but I've managed to get it soldered the way it should be)...

Did anyone managed to get it to work?

I think you need to remove a 0 ohm resistor if you use the regulator option. See the comments section here: http://www.dxsoul.com/product/esp-12-es ... jk4-MuFO4Q. From your picture it does not look like you have removed that.

Also the AMS1117 might have a wrong pinout. Most SOT-89 LDOs seem to have the input on the center pin.
