is it possible to use high gain external antena (25dbi) with esp-07?

Yes. The ESP-07 has a u.fl type connector for an external antenna.

For that particular antenna, you will need a u.fl to rp-sma adapter.

Keep in mind that wifi signal losses over coaxial cable are huge. You want the device to be as close to the antenna as possible.
