I would suggest to add pull-up/pull-down resistors to GPIO2/GPIO0/GPIO15, avoiding connect directly to VCC/GND or leaving floating ...

As Martin said, pullup all GPIOs with ie 10k, GPIO0 has to be shortened to GND for flashing.

By 'all' you mean GPIO2, GPIO0 and GPIO15? I can left other pins floating, right?
