Hi,

I have a few esp01 and 07 modules with 4mbit flash and I wanna increase that memory to at least 8mbit so I can use boot version of official at commands for automatic updating.

Does anyone know for replacing memory, which can be bought on farnell/mouser/digikey and have at least 8mbit? More is better.

I've done that with some of my ESP-01. On eBay, the W25Q32 are pretty cheap.
