Some AT commands give reply ERROR

connect to a 3.3v FTDI USB to TTL from sparkfun. I use power supply 3.3v /2,5A to supply ESP-01.
Some AT commands replay error. It looks like this:
AT
OK
AT+GMR
+GMR: 7.39.05.50
OK
AT+RST
ERROR
AT+CWMODE?
ERROR
AT+CWLIF
ERROR
AT+CIPEND
ERROR
AT+CIPCLOSE
ERROR
Please if anyone can give me some help. I don´t know how to flash a new firmware. It´s 7.39.05.50 the right Mikaelone?
