CNY70 on NodeMCU ESP-12E

I want to meassure the energy consumption of my house. For this I want to measure the rpm of a ferraris energy meassurement with a cny70 sensor.
How I have connect the Sensor with the ESP? I couldn´t found anything about that with an esp8266 or 3.3V.
I want to program this with Arduino.
