I have designed a ESP-01 breadboard adapter for making the prototyping with this particular model of ESP8266 easier.
Check out the following link for the details and Eagle design files.

Why not make your own? Easy to implement on a 5 x 5 cm board at ITeadstudio. Can be cut to size. I paid something like 11 euro's for 10 boards to NL 5 x 5 cm.

I haven't seen the eagle files

But here near me I can't get any place to print a PCB (it's really hard to find electronics stores in Portugal) and, if I order it internationally, the shipping cost get it a bit expensive. So I'll try to make what I had in mind before I saw this: use a doble sided protoboard and solder on it 2 male and 2 female headers.
