Never seen an esp with a crystal like that. Sure its not a NRF24L01 Radio?

What crystal are you referring to? For me it looks just like a ordinary ESP-01. What I else see(just guessing): The board right from it is a 3.3V (AMS1117) voltage regulator. Everything is powered through a (apple style?) USB-wall plug. And the blue thing under the button is the relay, which is properbly powered by a simple transistor circuit (resistor, diode, transistor). And a switch...
