Towards a Telepresence Robot - version 2 - it's all ESP8266!
Posted: Wed Oct 07, 2015 8:06 amI made a telepresence robot a while ago. An internet-controlled buggy which can carry a phone/tablet running Skype, thereby putting you in a remote location. It used an Arduino, a Bluetooth serial, some PHP code running on my server and an Android app.
Then the other day I realised I could sweep almost all of that away and do it all on the ESP8266.
