This Dev Board is called copacabana.io (yes, from Brazil).
With 3 leds plus 1 from module, two ~1A power outputs and embedded 5A relay, sizing 1 square inch, maybe we are talking about the world's smallest yet strongest ESP8266 Dev Board around!
