Description
Many people use an app called Flux. It dims your screen so you can fall asleep more easily at night.
It works great, but most lights in your home don't do this;
So, I made a wifi RGB controller for LEDS.
Accompanied with a great app (See images) that wakes you up based on your alarms and turns the lights red when the sun is going down, preparing your body for sleep.
The app has a registration flow that works automagically is very intuitive.
The PCB and software is built modularly, meaning it is easy to add a new "module" that is for example, PWM RGB, a switch, sensors etc ... There is an SDK and it is all open source.
Parts
ESP8266 (Prefer the 12)
12V power adapter
12V dc jack
Voltage regulator
Filter caps if needed for the adapter
3 - 1K resistors
3 mosfets
3 heatsinks depending on the power output
