Uploading Sketch to WiFi ESP8266-12E shield does not work

A few weeks ago I bought this WiFi shield for my Arduino Uno: http://www.ebay.de/itm/like/17212559686 ... noapp=true
I wanted to upload the Blink sketch to see if it's connected with Arduino but when I try to upload it, I get this errors:
warning: espcomm_sync failed
error: espcomm_open failed
error: espcomm_upload_mem failed
error: espcomm_upload_mem failed
I set the Boardtype to: NodeMCU 1.0 (ESP-12E Module).
I didn't find anything helpful online. I hope you can help me
