problem with gpio2 & gpio0

I have a problem with gpio2 and gpio0
When I use gpio2 as output the blue led turn on and the esp connect to wifi but it doesn't work
and again when I use gpio0 (as output) esp8266 don't connect to wifi and its don't work
what is problem ?
