How to go from dev board to PCB?

Ok, sweet, I got my proof of concept working on a breadboard.

Now, I want to make a prototype PCB. I'm thinking of getting the ESP 8285 since it has 1 MB flash built in, so what else do I need to make it work? Just a 3.3v power source, right?

So I'm making the gerber file now, and I have no idea how to make the test jig with pogo pins or whatever so I can flash the 8285 on the PCB. Is there a sample out there?

Anyone? Surely this chip must be used in production somewhere, and there must be sample Gerber data for a testing rig and sample board?

What are you looking at exactly ?
Gerber is output file generated by PCB Design CAD.
Did you have done your design yet ?
Which CAD are you using ?
