Esp-01 Uploading firmware

Hello,
I and my friend are playing a bit with our arduino. We had problems with esp-01 so we decided to update our firmware on it. We did everything like the guy on this video: /watch?v=GJ3xPmF1aJI (expect we connected gpio-2 not gpio-0 to ground (for some reason it worked). We even successfully uploaded a firmware. After AT+GMR we noticed that we uploaded even older version of the firmware. This time we used other bin file (boot_v1.6.bin) from espressif (ESP8266_NONOS_SDK_V2.0.0_16_08_10) which has only 4kB. Since then module is not working and we can upload anythink to it. We would be very thankful for any help with this issue. We are truly newbie in this matter so if I missed any important information Im sorry, just let me know what should I mention.
Thanks in advance.
