Device can not connect to AP.

I am having a trouble to connect with one specific device to AP, which run on ESP8266/ESP32. PC and other station connected successfully.
In manual of device written:
Wifi standard 802.11 b/g/n for 2.4 GHz band
Security WPA2-Personal (CCMP/AES encryption)
SSID ...
password ...
Channel settings Manual or automatic.
Some idea?
I think, may be TKIP encryption, which defined on AP is a problem? Can I switch TKIP off?
